En constanzasoto.es tratamos la información que nos facilitas con el objetivo de prestarte mis servicios profesionales de acompañamiento social, psicopedagógico y terapia narrativa, así como para responder consultas y gestionar comunicaciones.

2. ¿Qué datos personales recogemos?

Dependiendo de cómo uses esta web, podemos tratar:

a) Datos identificativos
Nombre, apellidos, email, teléfono (voluntario).

b) Datos de la consulta
Información que compartes en formularios o emails sobre tu situación familiar, educativa o personal (altas capacidades, neurodivergencias, dificultades escolares, etc.).

c) Datos técnicos
Dirección IP, tipo de dispositivo, navegador, páginas visitadas, tiempo en la web (si aceptas cookies de analítica).

d) Datos profesionales (si contratas servicios)
Notas de sesiones, preferencias de comunicación, facturación, citas programadas.

4. ¿Con quién compartimos tus datos?

No vendemos datos. Solo se comparten cuando es estrictamente necesario:

  • Hosting: Raiola

  • Formulario: [Google Forms/Email/CRM que uses]

  • Videollamadas: [Zoom/Google Meet] si se participa en sesiones online

  • Colaboradores: psicopedagogos u otros profesionales, solo con tu autorización expresa

Todos bajo acuerdos de encargo de tratamiento conforme RGPD.

5. Transferencias internacionales

Si usamos herramientas fuera de la UE (ej. Google Workspace, Zoom US), aplicamos cláusulas contractuales estándar aprobadas por la Comisión Europea. Puedes solicitar copia contactándome.

7. Seguridad de tus datos

Aplicamos cifrado SSL, copias de seguridad cifradas y controles de acceso. No obstante, ningún sistema es 100% infalible.

Datos de menores: Solo se recogen a través de padres/tutores legales para servicios profesionales. Si detectamos datos de menores sin autorización, los eliminamos inmediatamente.

8. Cambios en esta política

Si modificamos la política (nuevas herramientas, normativa), te informaremos en la web y en comunicaciones directas si es relevante para ti.
